Property investors are being advised to buy the British to ensure the highest yield and lowest risk on their cash. The international property investment group claims that property investors looking for safe investments with good returns should look to the UK, particularly as the Bulgarian property market is now starting to slow. Price rises in Bulgaria have slowed from 116 percent last year to just 35% in 2006, while the British housing market remains strong, with competitive mortgage rates and relatively low deposits are required to secure the property. Simon Paul Buxton states that the annual rate of return on funds invested in UK property has soared from 37% in July to 50% in September, with prices up by 8.1% during the past year. Property market inflation in Bulgaria is expected to stabilize at between ten and 15% over the coming 12 months.
